Annalise holds a Bachelor’s degree in Property and Sustainable Development from Bond University and later completed a Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning. Annalise joined PlayfairTan’s Wealth Management team in 2021 and has since joined the Financial Adviser’s Register. She is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Financial Planning.
Prior to transitioning to the finance industry, Annalise worked domestically and in Asia in commercial and corporate real estate, holding roles at JLL and DTZ in Hong Kong. She also has business experience, having owned, operated and sold a café business in Sydney’s CBD. During this time, Annalise recognised her passion for personal finance and investment markets, and so turned her attention to qualifications and a career in financial and investment advice.
Known for her client-centric approach, Annalise revels in the opportunity to develop strong relationships with clients, seeking to thoroughly understand each family’s unique objectives and to empower them to make better and more informed decisions about their financial affairs.

Get to know Annalise
The world of real estate and business are two areas that have dominated her personal and professional experiences across several Australasian jurisdictions. Annalise grew up in Canberra, working holidays and weekends in her parent’s businesses – a real estate agency, and a successful real estate marketing website business. This foundation influenced her decision to attain a Bachelor of Property and Sustainable Development, which eventually lead her to setting her sights on Hong Kong’s commercial property market, where she worked for several years. In Pfizer’s inhouse real estate team and Jones Lang LaSalle’s retail agency team, Annalise gained experience in investment feasibility, project management and client care in what she recalls fondly as a dynamic and competitive market.
Always having dreamed of a return to home soil and owning her own business, Annalise moved to Darwin before finding a hospitality opportunity in Sydney’s CBD which she owned and ran for almost five years, Juveniles Coffee. After a year of studying the Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning alongside running her business, she successfully sold Juveniles and has commenced her Professional Year as an Associate with PlayfairTan.
